Our Process
Every project has its own unique identity at completion. The path to get there requires extensive detail management and communication. We live by our processes at Bravo One.
Learn more about our process below.

01
Site Evaluation
Proper site evaluation for remodels and new builds, set the stage for a successful project. We take into consideration all site conditions, elevations, views, neighboring structures and utility locations before launching into design.

02
Pre-Construction Design
Using the latest drafting and modeling software, we design your new project around you. These plans will be used for permitting and effective communication in the field.
03

Construction Management
We manage construction in the field and not from the office. Strong field management requires being present when ground is broken and staying engaged through project completion.

04
The Finishing
Touches
We welcome you to your completed project, do a final walk through and discuss how to maintain your new space.
